Support

When you have an issue or you’re simply stumped at how a process works on cPanel, you can simply submit a support ticket. We use Spiceworks.Com for our cloud support ticket system. The process is fairly simple:

Step one: Clicking the link above will open a new window and take you to a page like this.

Step two: Check the email you entered in the portal, and you should shortly have an email that looks something like this. Click the “Log in to the portal” link to add a ticket in the portal system.

Step three: At the top of the page, you will click the button that says “Submit a ticket”.

Step four: Enter the subject (summary) and the issue you are having in as much detail as possible.

Step five: Check your email for a confirmation that your ticket was submitted. Keep an eye on your email that day for the follow-up from one of our support specialists.

Step six: Ta-da! You have an answer to your question!
